Description
Titanium Hexagonal Rods are precision-engineered bars made from high-quality titanium alloys. They are available in multiple grades:
Grade 2 CP Titanium (UNS R50400) – commercially pure titanium with excellent corrosion resistance and ductility.
Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V (UNS R56400) – high-strength alpha-beta alloy with excellent corrosion resistance and biocompatibility.
Grade 7 (R53400) – titanium with palladium for enhanced corrosion resistance.
Grade 12 (0.8Ni-0.3Mo, R52400) – corrosion-resistant titanium alloy with added nickel and molybdenum.
Grade 23 ELI (6Al-4V ELI, R56401) – extra-low interstitial version of Grade 5, ideal for medical implants.
Titanium hex bars are widely used in aerospace, medical, automotive, and marine applications due to their combination of high strength-to-weight ratio, corrosion resistance, and ease of fabrication.
