Description
Titanium Grade 1 welded tube (ASTM B338) is commercially pure (CP) titanium. It features the lowest strength and highest ductility among titanium grades, making it ideal for applications requiring flexibility, corrosion resistance, and excellent fabricability.
Key Features:
Superior corrosion resistance in both oxidising and reducing environments
Excellent weldability and ease of fabrication
Lightweight with a high strength-to-weight ratio
Cost-effective compared to other titanium grades
Titanium Gr1 welded tubes are widely used in:
Chemical and petrochemical processing
Power generation
Biomedical implants
Automotive and aerospace components
