Ti6Al4V plate with high tensile strength and accurate dimension is one of our most popular titanium plate products. 6Al-4V per ASTM B265 for Titanium Sheet, Strip, and Plate in the Annealed Condition. We offer both Gr5 Ti6Al4V and Gr23 Ti6Al4V Eli sheet and plate. Due to it’s good heat resistance, corrosion resistance, elasticity resistance and formability, Gr5 titanium alloy plate is widely used in petrochemical, marine, power plant, aerospace, metallurgy, sports and many other fields.

6Al-4V is known as the workhorse of the aerospace industry because it is by far the most common Titanium alloy. 6Al-4V is 30% stronger than steel while with the weight 50% lighter. Commonly referred to as Ti 6AL-4V (or Ti 6-4), this designation refers to its chemical composition of almost 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, 4% vanadium, 0.25% (max) iron and 0.2% (max) oxygen. 6Al-4V is an alpha-beta alloy. Ti 6Al-4V offers a combination of high strength, light weight, formability and corrosion resistance which have made it a most common used high temprature titanium alloy plate and sheet for shipbuilding, aerospace industry, power plants, desalination, metal fabricating industries.
6Al-4V Plate Thickness ranges from >4.75mm to 60mm Thick, hot rolling.
6Al-4V Sheet Thickness range from 0.3mm to 6.0mmThick, cold rolling.
