Structural design of titanium condenser:
The condenser is an integral part of the refrigeration system and is a type of heat exchanger. The working process of the condenser is an exothermic process, which can convert gas or vapor into liquid and quickly transfer the heat inside the tube to the air near the tube. Therefore, the condenser temperature is higher.
The tubular heat exchanger is composed of a core body and an outer shell. The core body is mainly composed of heat exchange tubes, and the outer shell is composed of a cylinder body and an end socket. The upper and lower heads each have two openings, and the heads between the centers of the openings are the same. 90° angle, so that all fluids participate in heat transfer, no dead zone. The problems of simple structure, large volume, rough shape and low efficiency of traditional heat exchangers are changed.
Material selection of titanium tubular heat exchanger:
Titanium metal is resistant to corrosion by many types of acids due to the easy formation of a stable, protective and highly adhesive oxide film. This film forms immediately when a fresh surface is exposed to air or moisture. When a clean surface of titanium is exposed to air, an oxide film forms quickly and continues to grow slowly. Film growth is accelerated under strong oxidizing conditions such as heating in air, anodic polarization in an electrolyte, or exposure to oxidants such as hyponitric acid, chromic acid, etc. Therefore, titanium applications are common in the manufacture of process equipment.
