Product Description

If you need exceptional formability and ultra-high corrosion resistance, GR1 is my foundation. It’s the softest and most ductile of the commercially pure titanium grades, ideal for environments where shaping and welding take priority.

Looking for a balanced performer? That’s where GR2 shines. With moderate strength, excellent weldability, and resistance to oxidation, GR2 is the most commonly used grade in industries ranging from chemical processing to marine applications.

GR7, on the other hand, is your go-to when corrosion is a major concern. With a small addition of palladium, I become highly resistant to reducing acids, including hydrochloric and sulfuric acids, making me ideal for aggressive chemical environments.

If strength under pressure is your goal, meet me as GR12. This alloy, strengthened with small amounts of nickel and molybdenum, offers excellent corrosion resistance in mildly reducing and oxidizing environments — and is also resistant to crevice corrosion and erosion.

For enhanced performance in oxidizing conditions, GR16 is my upgraded version. With a trace amount of ruthenium, I become extremely resistant to a wide range of corrosive agents, especially in high-temperature or chloride-rich environments.

Regardless of which grade I embody, I remain lightweight, highly durable, and practically immune to rust. My purpose is simple: to make your piping system stronger, safer, and longer-lasting.

So, whether you need me for chemical plants, desalination facilities, or high-performance aerospace piping, I’m ready to step in — tailored in the grade that fits your mission best.
