Round, straight, and annealed seamless tubes in titanium Gr7, with high quality and competitive price, meet the short time deadline. Grade 7/3.7235 Ti-Pd alloy(UNS R52400) is highly resistant to corrosion in reducing acids and localized attack in hot halide media. 
 
The process properties and mechanical properties of Grade 7 titanium tubes are similar to those of industrial pure titanium tubing, but GR7 pipes are mostly used as transport pipelines for high-acid and high-corrosion liquids in the chemical industry. The addition of palladium improves the corrosion resistance in oxidizing media, especially the resistance to crevice corrosion. Therefore, Gr7 titanium tubes are widely used in hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, nitric acid, chloride corrosion media.
