Titanium tube is light weight, high strength, excellent mechanical properties. It is widely used in heat exchange equipment, such as tube heat exchanger, coil heat exchanger, serpentine heat exchanger, condenser, evaporator and pipeline. Many in the nuclear industry use titanium tubes as standard for their units. In titanium heat exchanger industry, good heat exchange performance is needed, thin wall tubes will be more appliable, the mainly used sizes include φ19, φ25, φ32, φ38, φ57, φ76, φ89, φ108, φ114.

With 41,000 m2 workshop, we insist on tandardized production, stable product quality, the elongation of the high purity titanium tube can reach to 50 ~ 60%, and the section shrinkage rate can reach to 70 ~ 80%. Seamless titanium tubes are widely used in Heat Transfer solutions (Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Feed Water Heaters, Steam Surface Condenser, Deaerators, Vessels, Steam Drums, Cooling Systems, Waste Heat Recovery Units) and Filtration systems.
