DESCRIPTIONS of Ti-3Al-2.5V Gr9 Seamless Tube

Gr9 Seamless Tube is an alpha-beta alloy that has improved strength over commercially pure titanium grades. This grade Ti-3Al-2.5V Gr9 also has excellent corrosion resistance, formability and weldability.
Titanium Grade 9 tube can be machined using the right quantity of coolant flow, slow speeds and high feed rates. High-speed tools should be used for tooling this alloy and the recommended tool types are tungsten carbide designations C1-C4 or cobalt based.

Titanium Grade 9 tube is an unalloyed, medium strength titanium product.

Gr9 Seamless Tube is a titanium alloy with 3% aluminum and 2.5% vanadium.

Ti-3Al-2.5V Gr9 Seamless Tube has excellent corrosion resistance and high strength-to-weight ratio.
