Titanium wire is used for redrawing, welding, mesh weaving, making optical frame, needles, electrode, etc. We supply high quality round titanium wire in coil, on spool, and in straight lengths. Commercially Pure Titanium Grade 1 is the softest titanium and has the highest ductility. It has good cold forming characteristics and provides excellent corrosion resistance. It also has excellent welding properties and high impact toughness.
Compared with stainless steel, pure titanium and titanium-based alloy material have high mechanical strength, high strength-to-weight ratio and better corrosion resistance.
