AWS A5.16 Titanium ERTi-7 Welding Wire is small in diameter and can come on a spool, cut to TIG rod length, or full bar length. These “Ti” wires are commonly used in chemical processing and anodizing, where parts are hung or tied down with wire. “Ti” Wire- AWS A5.16 Titanium ERTi-7 Welding Wire for TIG welding is cut to 36″ lengths and also available in common welding rod sizes.

AWS A5.16 Titanium ERTi-7 Welding Wire is composed of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium and is highly resistant to corrosion and oxidation.

The weld joint produced by this wire is strong and ductile enough to be used in numerous applications such as aerospace, automotive, and marine applications.

ERTi-7 straight welding wire is also commonly used in chemical process equipment and pressure vessels.

ERTi-7 coiled Wire has a high melting point and is easy to form and shape.

ERTi-7 coiled Wire is also non-magnetic, which makes it an excellent choice for welding in areas that are sensitive to magnetic fields.
