Recently, the national key research and development plan "Harsh environment energy well drilling with high performance titanium alloy pipe research and development and application" project sub-topic "high strength and toughness anti-fatigue titanium alloy drill pipe industrial manufacturing complete technology research and development"The first batch of 88.9×9.35×9000mm and 101.6×9.7×9400mm verification sample tubes were successfully developed in the pipe company, and their mechanical properties, impact energy, ultrasonic flaw detection and other major indicators have met the development requirements.According to the project requirements of the research Institute, the pipe company relies on the existing equipment and personnel to scientifically transform the equipment and reasonably formulate the process. At present, the company has completed the development of high-strength and high-toughness thick wall titanium alloy pipes for three grades and three specifications of oil drilling pipe.
